EDUCATION-
John E. Underwood recieved his B.C.E. (Bachelor of Civil Engineering) from the Georgia Institute of Technology in March, 1976. He received his J.D., cum laude, from Georgia State University in June, 1987. He was an associate editor on the Georgia State Law Review for 1986-87.
COURTS-
John E. Underwood has been admitted to practice since 1987. He is admitted to practice in all courts in Georgia, including the Georgia Court of Appeals, Georgia Supreme Court, U.S. District Court, Northern District of Georgia, and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit.
PROFESSIONAL ORGANIZATIONS-
John E. Underwood is a member in good standing of the State Bar of Georgia, the Gwinnett County Bar Association and the American Society of Civil Engineers. He has been a Registered Professional Engineer in the state of Georgia since 1981.
