Mr. Underwood has extensive experience in state and local government law. He has served as a Special Assistant Attorney General and has represented Georgia Secretary of State, the Georgia State Board of Realtors and the State Board of Real Estate Appraisers. He was formely the Deputy County Attorney for Gwinnett County, in charge of litigation.
Mr. Underwood also has over ten years experience as a practicing Civil Engineer before graduating from law school. He has been a registered professional engineer with the State of Georgia since 1981. Since receiving his law degree in 1987, he has represented contractors, subcontractors, owners and local governments in numerous construction contract disputes.
